Information on Personal Data Processing
Bearing in mind the implementation of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we hereby fulfil our duty to inform you that we have your personal data in the context of our cooperation with you (the company you represent).
We process these data pursuant to Article 6 (1) (b), (c) and (f) of GDPR for the purpose of performing contracts (orders) and complying with any other legal obligations related to the conclusion or performance thereof by the data controller, and of exercising related rights (defence of related claims) by the controller. Therefore the data will be stored for the period of five years after the end of the year in which any legal relations (the rights and obligations) related to such contracts (orders) will have ceased, and also referring to safeguards, irrespective of the reason for cessation thereof, e.g. extinction of the obligations through the performance, deduction, statute of limitation, lapse of time, termination of liability related to such contracts (orders), e.g. under a guarantee or statutory warranty, compensation liability (stipulated penalties), and completion of tax audits and other proceedings conducted in connection with such contracts (orders). Giving personal data is done freely, but it is needed by the controller for the foregoing purposes, including the conclusion and performance of any contract (order) and compliance with other related legal obligations.
We also process these data under Article 6 (1) (f) of GDPR for the purpose of marketing the products and services offered by the data controller, including those related to training, conferences and workshops. Personal data will be processed for the foregoing purpose until you object to the processing of personal data. Giving personal data is done freely but it is indispensable for this purpose.

The recipients of your personal data will be the entities cooperating with the controller in performing the latter’s tasks related to the purposes of processing, i.e. the entities cooperating in performing the contracts (orders), in fulfilling legal obligations related to such contracts (orders), in exercising rights (defending claims), in marketing goods/services and organising training, conferences and workshops, e.g. suppliers/providers of goods/services, subcontractors, technical advisers, consultants, providers of accounting , legal, IT, postal, courier, accommodation services.
We would also like to inform you that your personal data can be transferred to the providers of services indispensable for the performance of the contract concluded with you, under separate agreements on personal data processing.
You have the right of access to the content of the data and rectification thereof. You have the right of erasure of personal data under the terms laid down in Article 17 of GDPR (among other things, when your personal data become redundant for the controller), and the right to restriction of processing under the terms laid down in Article 18 of GDPR. You also have the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 of GDPR. Under Article 21 of GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing products and services offered by the data controller.
Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country or international organisation.
You will not be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling.
