Information on the processing of personal data
Ladies and Gentlemen, complying with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/WE (GDPR), fulfilling the information obligation, we kindly inform you that as a result of the cooperation with you (the company you represent) are in possession of your personal data.

We process the data on the basis of Article 6(1) (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR in order for the controller to implement contracts (orders) and any other legal obligations related to their conclusion or performance, as well as the exercise of rights related to it by the controller (defense of claims). Therefore, the data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the year in which all legal relations (rights and obligations) related to these contracts (orders), also related to security, ceased, regardless of the reason for their termination, e.g. expiry obligations by performance, set-off, limitation, expiry, termination of liability related to these contracts (orders), including on the basis of guarantees and warranty, compensation obligations (contractual penalties) and completion of tax audits and other proceedings conducted in connection with these contracts (orders) . Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the controller to achieve the above purposes, including for the conclusion and performance of the contract (order) and the implementation of other legal obligations related to it.

We also process the data on the basis of art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR for the purpose of marketing of products and services offered by the data controller, including training, conferences and workshops related to them. Personal data will be processed for this purpose until you object to their processing. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve this purpose.

The recipients of your personal data will be entities cooperating with the controller in the performance of activities related to the implementation of processing purposes, i.e. entities cooperating in the implementation of contracts (orders), in the performance of legal obligations related to these contracts (orders), in the exercise of rights (defense of claims), in the marketing of goods/services and organizations regarding training, conferences and workshops, e.g. suppliers of goods/services, subcontractors, technical advisers, consultants, entities providing accounting, legal, IT, postal, courier and accommodation services.

We would also like to inform you that your personal data may be provided to an entity providing services necessary to implement the contract with you, on the basis of separate contracts for the processing of personal data.

You have the right to access your data and rectify it. You have the right to delete your personal data under the conditions specified in Art. 17 of GDPR (e.g. when personal data becomes unnecessary for the controller), and the right to limit processing under the conditions specified in Art. 18 of GDPR. You have the right to transfer the data in accordance with Art. 20 of GDPR. Pursuant to art. 21 of GDPR, at any time, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing of products and services offered by the data controller.

Your data will not be transferred to a third country or to an international organization. You will not be subject to decisions that would be based solely on the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling.
