PRODUCTS

Our company offers a wide range of Products for the automotive industry, from complex assemblies to single stampings. These products are manufactured for key players in the automotive market, meeting the highest industry standards and customised to the specific needs of our strategic OEM partners.

BODY IN WHITE

Body in White (BIW) is the stage in automotive manufacturing where the vehicle's sheet metal structure (body) is fully assembled.

BIW includes the main structural and outer body components such as:
floor pan, roof, side panels, front and rear aprons, pillars (A, B, C), door frames, hood and trunk lid (if pre-assembled).

These components made and joined using technologies such as:
hot and cold forming, spot welding, laser cutting, MIG/MAG welding, laser welding, riveting, adhesive bonding.

The BIW structure ensures vehicle stifness, crash safety, dimensional accuracy, and provides the base for further assembly and surface finishing processes.

CRASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

The Crash Management System (CMS) is a structural system integrated into a vehicle's front and rear end, designed to manage and absorb impact energy during a collision, reduce the damage to the vehicle's main structure, enhance occupant protection, and improve crashworthiness.

CMS typically includes the following main components:
Bumper beam (front and rear), Crash box (located between the bumper beam and vehicle frame), Mounting brackets and reinforcements

These components are manufactured and assembled using technologies such as: Hot forming, Cold forming, Arc welding, Spot welding, Riveting, E-Coat, Extrusion (for high-strength materials in the bumper beam)

The CMS system plays a crucial role in protecting both the vehicle occupants and other road users by efficiently managing crash energy and reducing repair costs following low-speed impacts.

SUSPENSION ELEMENTS

Suspension Elements are critical structural and mounting components integrated into the vehicle’s body-in-white (BIW) and chassis systems, designed to support and transfer loads from the suspension to the main vehicle structure while maintaining geometry, ride comfort, and dynamic performance.

Suspension elements typically include the following components:
Front and rear damper (shock absorber) towers, Lower and upper control arm brackets, Subframe connection points, Reinforcements for spring and damper mounting areas, Anti-roll bar mounts

These components are manufactured and assembled using technologies such as:
Cold forming, Casting or forging (for high-load components), Machining (for precise mounting interfaces), Arc welding, Spot welding, MIG/MAG welding, Riveting and bolting, E-Coat (for corrosion protection)

Suspension elements play the main role in ensuring vehicle stability, safety, and comfort by transmitting dynamic loads (acceleration, braking, cornering, and road impacts).

SEATING ELEMENTS

Seating Elements are structural and functional components integrated into the vehicle’s body-in-white (BIW) that serve as the foundation for mounting, supporting, and securing driver and passengers seats. Mandatory features are safety, ergonomics, and comfort, especially in crash scenarios.

Seating elements typically include the following components:
Front and rear seat crossmembers, Seat mounting brackets and reinforcements, Floor pan seat interfaces, Backrest reinforcement areas, Seatbelt anchorage reinforcements

These components are manufactured and assembled using technologies such as:
Cold forming. Spot welding and arc welding (for structural joining), Machining, Projection welding, E-Coating

Seating elements play a critical role in occupant safety by securely anchoring the seat structure and seatbelts, transferring loads during collisions, and ensuring the integrity of restraint systems.
